In my previous role at QUAAN Capital in Hamburg, I learned the transaction business from scratch. During numerous transactions I got a very good insight of companies in various industries and their peculiarities. These included the sale of a factory in Eastern Europe and the sale of a major German freight forwarder to A. P. Møller Mærsk, the world’s largest container shipping company. In the transaction process, I oversaw all steps in close coordination with the shareholders on the one hand and potential investors on the other. This also included daily interaction with financial investors, which now benefits me enormously at Astorius.

During my master’s degree in business administration at the University of Hamburg, I also gained practical experience in restructuring at Hamburg Commercial Bank and in controlling at the consumer goods company Tchibo.
