Astorius Capital GmbH is the fund manager of our Astorius Capital Fund I-III.
This company, as one of the first Private Equity fund providers on the German market, fulfilled the regulatory requirements of BaFin (German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) in accordance with Regulation 2011/61/EU on 11/26/2013.
In this way, we are, as a “Kleiner Spezial AIF” in accordance with § 44 KAGB, in a position to offer our funds to professional and semi-professional investors, thus giving them access to the Private Equity market.

Astorius Consult GmbH
Astorius Consult GmbH has acted as an advisor and distributor within the framework of Astorius Capital Fund since ACF IV. In addition, Astorius Consult GmbH acts as an advisor to larger family offices with respect to select Private Equity funds from the large cap sector. Astorius Consult GmbH has successfully guided multiple transactions in recent years in addition to advising on and distributing the Astorius Capital Fund.
BaFin (German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) authorized Astorius Consult GmbH to conduct the aforementioned transactions on 10/7/2016 in accordance with § 32 Para. 1 Clause 1 and Para. 2 Clause 2 KWG.

Astorius Capital (Lux) S.à r.l.
Astorius offered its first three fund programs in a GmbH & Co. KG structure. With the launch of ACF IV, Astorius offers its funds as Luxembourg RAIF in an umbrella structure.
Hauck & Aufhäuser Investment Gesellschaft S.A is the fully regulated alternative investment fund manager (“AIFM”) of this structure.
